Fees
The current fee, per session, is £8.00, which covers a 2½-hour session for children not in receipt of Nursery Education Funding. For children eligible for Nursery Education Funding, the charge per session is equivalent to the funding i.e currently £10.00. The charge for lunch club, which is an extra hour to bring a packed lunch and stay until 12.30 pm is currently £4 per lunch.This runs when there is demand.
Fees are payable at the beginning of each half term, and can be paid in two equal halves if desired. A half terms notice is required before removing a child from Playgroup.
A fee reduction will be made if a child is absent through illness for 4 consecutive weeks. A fee adjustment may be made if 2 or more siblings are attending Playgroup, provided neither of those children are eligible to receive Nursery Education Fund.
For families on low income, application can be made for assistance with fees by contacting either the Treasurer or the Chair on the Playgroup Committee.
